Darca has identified numerous ways to integrate 21st century technology into the classroom. One of the recent initiatives has been Darca’s usage of Sphero Robots to teach the students how to program and code. Using these robots not only encourages students to break into coding and programming but it has made this a fun way to learn that inherently is promoting a STEM related education that the students may not have pursed before.

At the end of the 2018 school year, Robot company, Sphero flew to Israel to partner with Darca in hosting the first-ever “Sphero World Cup” where the students participated in a coding-soccer tournament. For more photos from this day CLICK HERE!
